Senior Business Analyst - Digital assets

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as a business analyst or in an equivalent role within the banking industry, with a strong understanding of Agile / Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent coordination skills, proven problem-solving abilities, and a solution-oriented mindset.
• Strong communication skills, comfortable giving and receiving feedback, with the ability to explain ideas clearly and logically.
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of French is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Interest or experience in the financial domain and digital assets / crypto.
• Autonomously analyze the needs of various business departments.
• Conduct competitor analysis and feasibility studies.
• Prepare functional documentation and coordinate between technical and business stakeholders.
• Act as the main contact for external partners.
• Design, develop, and establish key reporting standards.
