Our client is a Swiss private bank with a growth appetite.

Job Description

• Manage an existing team of bankers across multiple locations
• Work closely with the CEO on the growth strategy of the bank
• Attract further bankers to grow the business
• Attracting your own clients is a plus; however, leadership is most important
• Expand the overall current client and asset base
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Be an active member of the executive management

The Successful Applicant

• Proven leadership skills with several years of experience
• Experience as a Team Head, Market Head, or Head of Private Banking
• Direct client experience is a plus
• Ability to attract clients is a plus
• Truly entrepreneurial spirit
• Ideally, you have experience in small to mid-sized institutions
• Extensive experience in Swiss banking
• Experience with international markets is a plus
• Fluent in French and English; German is a plus
