ICT Solution Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design and implement technical solutions aligned with business objectives
• Contribute to operational efficiency
• Manage and deliver key technical projects (application upgrades, new technology rollouts, system integrations)
• Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues
• Provide technical support for business-critical applications, ensuring secure, stable, and high-performing systems
• Act as a technical Project Manager
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure project milestones are achieved on time and align with business goals
• Work closely with business teams to understand their requirements and provide solutions
• Contribute to the company’s IT strategy through continuous information sharing and training
• Support digital transformation initiatives

Your Profile

• Strong educational background in ICT, Computer Science, or related fields
• Excellent command of English (spoken and written)
• Solid experience in IT solutions design, implementation, support, including project leadership and vendor management
• Certifications in project management methodologies (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) and ITIL frameworks (e.g., ITIL v4) are advantageous
• Technical expertise in Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, Identity Management systems
• Ability to design and deliver functional technical solutions
• Strong understanding of security best practices and experience implementing secure application environments, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations and minimizing vulnerabilities
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues with minimal operational impact
• Adaptability to new technologies and changing business needs, with proactive learning and problem-solving skills
• Collaborative mindset, effective in cross-functional teams and vendor management
• Experience leading and coordinating technology implementations and managing multiple projects, from departmental to large-scale initiatives
• Leadership qualities
• Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Familiarity with IT project management methodologies
