We are SitCo Partners, a Geneva-based Executive Search firm established in 2007. We have been exclusively mandated to recruit a Team Head in Basel on behalf of a leading private bank

Our client, a highly respected Swiss private bank, is looking to strengthen its presence in Basel by onboarding a Team Head (or Market Leader) together with their team of experienced Relationship Managers.

Your Profile

Minimum 15 years of experience in Swiss private banking

Proven track record as Team Head or Market Leader, managing both your own client book and a team of RMs

Strong entrepreneurial mindset and leadership capabilities

The selected Team Head will be expected to present a strategic development plan based on three key pillars:

A portion of the existing client base (Team + Leader) that can be potentially transferred

Identified prospects ready for onboarding

Clear vision for future business development over the next 3 years
