Primary Function of Position:
The IT Regional Support Technician supports hardware and software for all location-specific and corporate employees or contractors, following best practices defined by IT Operations, Infrastructure, Security, and Network departments. This includes support for computers, printers, cell phones, telecom (VOIP), audiovisual equipment, servers, network devices, operating systems, network access, websites, email, third-party software supporting business functions, and internal applications.
