The Local Managing Lead (LML) is responsible for the strategic and operational leadership of a tecRacer location. The goal is to strengthen the company’s market position within the respective region, ensure the implementation of corporate strategy, and foster close collaboration with central functions and Business Units.

The LML serves as a key link between the regional site and the global organization, contributing to the achievement of the company’s objectives at the local level.

Tasks

Customer And Market Management

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with local customers, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Supporting Sales teams in acquiring new clients and developing regional market potential.
  • Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through direct engagement and consistent service

quality.

  • Representing tecRacer at local industry events, forums, and networks.

Strategic Responsibility

  • Development and implementation of a site strategy aligned with tecRacer’s global corporate

objectives.

  • Identification of regional market opportunities and trends to secure and increase

competitiveness.

  • Ensuring sustainable business development and profitability of the location.
  • Contribution to shaping tecRacer’s strategic presence in the local ecosystem, including public

relations and thought leadership.

Operational Responsibilty

  • Responsibility for the day-to-day operations of the location, including infrastructure, resource

management, and local workflows.

  • Monitoring and controlling the site’s budget and financial performance.
  • Ensuring compliance with corporate policies, legal, and regulatory requirements.
  • Oversight of local vendor relationships and contract management relevant to operations.

Collaboration With Service Hubs & Business Units

  • Close alignment with Business Unit Leads, Service Hubs, and other locations to leverage

synergies and optimize processes.

  • Supporting M&A in the successful onboarding of newly acquired businesses into the regional

structure.

  • Working with Internal IT to ensure the site is technologically enabled and secure.
  • Participation in cross-functional working groups to align on company-wide initiatives.

Reporting And Monitoring

  • Preparing regular reports on the performance of the location, including financial and

operational KPIs.Local Managing Lead

  • Analyzing and assessing risks and opportunities, and taking proactive measures as needed.
  • Participating in management meetings to align on strategic direction, initiatives, and targets.
  • Providing local input into annual planning and forecasting processes.

Requirements

  • Requires master degree level preferably in: Business

Administration / Information Systems / Computer Science, or already

extensive practical experience in this field and with this type of role.

  • Position requires 8-10 years of experience
  • Proven experience in leading a business location or a

comparable role, ideally in the IT or technology sector.

  • Solid knowledge of operational management, strategic

planning, and financial oversight.

  • Familiarity with regional market requirements andrelevant

legal frameworks.

  • fluent in german and english
