DEINE ROLLE:
Du hilfst uns, Human Business Labs sichtbar zu machen und skalierbare Formate zu verkaufen, darunter:
- Human Business Habitat (Mitgliedschaften, Free Trial)
- Habitat Circles (Lizenzen + Revenue Share)
- Impact Labs (B2B-Co-Creation-Sprints)
- Leadership in Motion Retreats
- Aufbau von Partnerschaften mit Organisationen und Netzwerken
Du bist der Katalysator, der Interessierte zu Mitgliedern, Partnern oder Kunden macht und so Cashflow und Bewegung gleichzeitig aufbaut.
WAS DU MITBRINGST:
- Erfahrung in Business Development, Sales oder Community Building
- Begeisterung für Purpose-getriebene Arbeit und Bewegungsaufbau
- Fähigkeit, Menschen auf Augenhöhe zu gewinnen
- Selbstständige, strukturierte, empathische Arbeitsweise
- Fließend Deutsch, sehr gutes Deutsch (Spanisch oder Französisch wären ein Plus)
- Standort: Schweiz (Bern) oder remote (CET-Zeitzone)
RAHMENBEDINGUNGEN:
Einstieg ausschließlich auf Provisionsbasis (30–33% auf erzielte Umsätze)
Option auf eine bezahlte Core-Team-Rolle bei Erfolg und gemeinsamem Wachstum

YOUR ROLE:
You help us make Human Business Labs visible and sell scalable formats, including:
- Human Business Habitat (memberships, Free Trial)
- Habitat Circles (licenses + revenue share)
- Impact Labs (B2B co-creation sprints)
- Leadership in Motion retreats
- Building partnerships with organizations and networks
You are the catalyst turning interest into memberships, partnerships, and clients, building cash flow and movement simultaneously.
WHAT YOU BRING:
- Experience in Sales, Business Development, or Community Building
- Enthusiasm for purpose-driven work and movement building
- Ability to connect with people and build lasting relationships
- Self-driven, structured, and empathetic working style
- Fluent English, excellent German (Spanish, or French a plus)
- Location: Switzerland (Bern) or remote (EU/CET time zone)
COMPENSATION:
Initially commission-only (30–33% on sales generated)
Clear path to paid Core Team role upon success and shared growth
