Job Description:

Your mission :

  1. Executive Support
    1. Manage the Managing Director schedule and priorities
    2. Manage the Managing Director travel and meetings
    3. Anticipate needs and proactively address challenges to ensure seamless executive support and operational efficiency
    4. Support the Managing Director by preparing and structuring communication materials for internal teams meetings and external stakeholders presentations
  2. Coordinate strategic and cross-functional projects and initiatives
    1. Act as a key liaison between business units and Managing Directors
    2. Support cross-functional projects aligned with the company’s strategic goals
    3. Develop innovative concepts aligned with leadership strategies
    4. Organize and manage internal events to reinforce company culture and team cohesion
    5. Develop innovative event concepts aligned with HR and leadership strategies
    6. Handle vendor relationships, budgeting, and logistics for internal events
    7. Collaborate with internal project managers for larger-scale events
  3. Internal Operations & Office Management
    1. Support MCI Switzerland by preparing and structuring communication materials for internal team meetings
    2. Organize internal and external meetings
    3. Ensure the smooth functioning of office services
    4. Optimize office management (SOPs, building, etc.)
  4. Strengthen company culture and team engagement
    1. Act as the main point of contact for requests related to the Corpo team
    2. Propose improvements to enhance efficiency and workplace well-being
    3. Facilitate communication across business units, divisions, and MCI and non-MCI companies
    4. Provide effective support to teams

Your profile

  1. Degree in Administration, Business administration, Executive Assistance, Project Management, or a related field
  2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role
  3. Fluent in English and French (both written and spoken)
  4. Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Copilot, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, etc.)
  5. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  6. Experience in travel planning, itinerary management, and logistical coordination
  7. Expertise in internal event organization, from planning to execution
  8. Strong networking abilities and availability to support colleagues as needed
  9. Commitment to discretion and handling sensitive information with care
  10. Flexibility to travel occasionally for business needs
