Responsibilities

  • Perform regular inspections and tests on products to ensure they meet specified standards.
  • Use measurement and testing equipment to verify product specifications.
  • Create and maintain quality documentation and reports.
  • Accompany changes impacting DHR documentation, representing the quality department.
  • Coordinate weekly workload planning prioritization at the team shopfloor board, in alignment with QC Team and supply chain manufacturing department.
  • Calculate reporting lead time of releases using software like Excel and SAP Business Objects.

Profile

  • At least 2 years of experience in the field of medical devices or a similar field.
  • Familiar with standards of ISO13485, GDP, ALOCA.
  • Advanced MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
  • Preferably familiar with software systems like SAP and Windchill.
  • Understanding of technical processes and material handling related to quality systems.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English and German.
