Finance Business Partner

On behalf of our client, a healthcare company, we are seeking a Finance Business Partner to be based in Switzerland. This is a key position for an experienced and ambitious finance professional who thrives on collaboration and is motivated to provide actionable financial insight that supports strategic decision-making and business growth.

Finance Business Partner – Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver management reporting and insightful financial analysis across key business functions.
• Lead the preparation of financials for forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning cycles.
• Act as a strategic finance business partner to regional and functional leaders, offering financial guidance to support operational and commercial decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to challenge assumptions and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Support the development and execution of strategic plans, annual budgets, and periodic reforecasts.
• Facilitate financial performance reviews with business leaders, providing clarity on variances and drivers.
• Define and maintain templates, processes, and reporting standards for consistency and efficiency.
• Contribute to period-end close activities and identify opportunities for process improvement and financial optimisation.

Profile:

• 4+ years of relevant Finance Business Partnering or FP&A experience.
• Industry experience in Pharmaceuticals, Healthcare, or medical sector.
• Strong business acumen with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proactive, analytical, and results-oriented, with the ability to work autonomously.
• Degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
• Advanced Excel skills, with experience in Power BI and ideally SAP.
• Eligible to work in Switzerland.
• Business fluent in German (essential).
