Job Description

For our client, a planning and architecture firm in residential construction, we are seeking an individual to start immediately or by arrangement. Your main tasks include creating and supporting preliminary and construction project plans, producing execution and detail plans, and working closely with clients, their representatives, and project managers.

Additional responsibilities include visualization (if skills are present), building submissions, clarifications with authorities, offices, and partners, and general administration.

Candidate Profile

You should have a completed apprenticeship as a draftsman specializing in architecture EFZ or Hochbauzeichner EFZ. You are an engaged and resilient individual who works independently and collaborates well with colleagues and clients.

Additional Requirements

• Solid CAD skills, ArchiCAD (2D/3D) advantageous
• Knowledge of SIA standards
• Precise, efficient, solution-oriented working style
• Responsible, loyal, and flexible personality
• Helpful team player
