Job Description

We are seeking a supportive and driven Delivery Lead to help our teams grow into reliable and predictable units that consistently deliver business value. In this role, you will make balanced delivery decisions to meet customer expectations, foster team motivation, and support architectural simplicity and stability. Your focus will be on enabling the team to thrive while delivering impactful, value-driven solutions aligned with organizational goals.

Responsibilities

  • Lead teams to ensure consistent and predictable delivery of business value.
  • Make balanced decisions to meet customer needs while maintaining team motivation.
  • Promote architectural simplicity and ensure technical stability.
  • Proactively identify and manage dependencies, remove impediments.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align team efforts with business goals.
  • Track relevant KPIs such as delivery predictability, technical debt reduction, and security incidents.
  • Oversee Agile development practices, quality management, and risk/issue resolution.
  • Follow company delivery practices, drive continuous improvement, and recommend process enhancements.
  • Guide team development by fostering skills and capabilities growth.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in leading delivery teams in Agile environments.
  • Strong decision-making skills, balancing customer satisfaction and team well-being.
  • Solid understanding of software development and architecture principles.
  • Professional experience in software development is a plus.
  • Familiarity with tools like Jira, MS Teams, and collaboration platforms.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage risks and maintain clear communication with stakeholders.
