About Our Client

The Fondation pour l'adaptation de la Genève internationale (FAGI) was co-created by the Canton of Geneva and the Hans Wilsdorf Foundation in 2025. Its goal is to support international organizations and NGOs based in Geneva during times of uncertainty and severe financial constraints.

The ultimate aim is to strengthen Geneva's position as a leading center of international cooperation, providing effective solutions to global challenges. The foundation has a limited lifespan of five years and is staffed by a three-person secretariat.

Job Description

• Coordinate the processing of financial support requests addressed to FAGI, ensuring the smooth functioning of the decision-making process, verifying compliance with criteria, and preparing summaries and notices.
• Implement the decisions of the Foundation's Board regarding the allocation of funds, including monitoring the implementation of selected projects.
• Prepare the foundation's annual report and budget.
• Assist the Secretary General in all functions related to the administration, finances, support to the foundation's bodies, strategic proposals, representation, and communication.

The Successful Applicant

• University degree (Higher Education) or equivalent.
• Proven project management skills, including accounting and administrative aspects (at least 5 years of experience).
• Knowledge of how international Geneva functions.
• Experience in international cooperation is an advantage.
• Excellent command of French and English, both spoken and written.
• Strong writing skills.
• Quick and clear analytical and synthesis abilities.
• Team spirit, especially in a small structure where task sharing is essential.
