Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Director of Finance, Accounting, and Human Resources (m/w). The role is based in Mels, with some opportunity for work from home. The Director will be responsible for overseeing financial statements, managing financial reporting, and conducting accounting audits. Additional responsibilities include financial analysis and planning, developing financial strategies, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. The Director will also manage HR-related tasks, including payroll and employee benefits.

Qualifications

• Competence in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements and Financial Reporting
• Strong Analytical Skills and experience in Finance
• Proficiency in Accounting practices
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a hybrid environment
• Leadership experience and strong organizational skills
• Experience in the manufacturing or electronics industry is a plus
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
