About the role

As a Technical Product Owner / Application Manager e-commerce, you will be responsible for:

1. Conceptualizing technical solutions to expand the e-commerce platform into a customer portal (B2B & B2C).
2. Identifying business processes for end-to-end automation in collaboration with external partners and our project management team.
3. Managing and overseeing sub-projects or participating in projects within the e-commerce domain.
4. Managing external IT service providers and outsourcing partners to ensure seamless integration and operation.
5. Supporting the operation (2nd level support) and further development of our e-commerce platform (Spryker), in conjunction with the PIM solution (Informatica).

What we expect from you

• Completed studies or training in IT (e.g., Informatics EFZ, Requirements Engineering, Business Informatics) or equivalent qualification with further education (HF / FH).
• At least 5 years of experience in Business Application Management as an Application Manager or Product Owner, focusing on e-commerce systems, APIs, databases, and web technologies.
• Experience in developing and enhancing online shops or digital customer platforms.
• Solid knowledge of IT Service Management (ITIL) and agile methodologies (SCRUM).
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Service-oriented mindset, entrepreneurial spirit, and openness to pragmatic ideas.
