Job Description

  • Build and manage a portfolio of ultra-high-net-worth clients, ensuring comprehensive service and client satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement tailored investment, banking, and trust solutions in collaboration with specialists.
  • Meet with prospects and clients, preparing and following up on meetings.
  • Monitor portfolios, providing performance reviews and adapting strategies to meet client goals.
  • Stay informed on market events and trends, assessing their impact on client accounts.
  • Foster strong collaboration across bank departments and locations.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies, maintaining a high ethical standard.


The Successful Applicant
  • At least 5 years of experience in business development, preferably in private banking.
  • Strong understanding of investment, banking, and trust concepts, including asset allocation and wealth planning.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build and manage a ultra-high-net-worth client portfolio.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Solution-oriented and proactive approach to client needs.
  • High ethical standards, aligned with the bank's values and compliance requirements.
  • Fluent in both German and English, with the ability to work in Switzerland.
