Exclusive Opportunity with a Global Thought Leadership Network – we are looking for two Sales Directors

On behalf of our client – an international foundation – we are looking for two exceptional Sales Directors to strengthen their presence in:

• Switzerland & Germany (CH & D)

Both roles are full-time, remote, and involve regular travel within the respective regions.

Are you a Sales Director experienced in:

• Building trusted relationships with UHNWIs, family offices, and senior executives?
• Driving strategic sales and purpose-led outreach in high-touch environments?
• Navigating complex networks with diplomacy, cultural sensitivity, and discretion?
• Representing a mission-driven organization through one-on-one engagements and exclusive events?

• A strong personal network in UHNW, private banking, family office, or cultural circles
• A proven track record in high-value sales, fundraising, or partnership development
• Full fluency in English and the relevant regional languages (German for CH & D; Spanish, French, or Italian for ESP / FR / IT)
• An international mindset, excellent communication skills, and a self-starting attitude
• Passion for global affairs, leadership, and intellectual exchange
• Willingness to travel within your region and occasionally abroad
