Description

• Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements and reports.
• Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
• Implement and monitor compliance with accounting policies and regulations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to prepare budgets and forecasts.
• Manage month-end and year-end closing processes efficiently.
• Support audits by providing necessary financial data and documentation.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost optimization within the Accounting & Finance department.
• Provide leadership and guidance to junior team members as needed.

Profile

A successful Accounting Manager should have:

• A Master in Finance & Accounting
• Fluency in English and French.
• Proficiency in accounting software and financial reporting tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Experience in the Energy/Manufacturing sector is preferred.
