Technical Support & Configuration Specialist

This role is initially responsible for providing day-to-day technical support, system configuration and technical end user assistance for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.

Key responsibilities include troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, implementing software updates and configurations, and providing training and guidance to end-users.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent problem-solving skills, strong analytical thinking, and the ability to communicate complex technical information in a clear and concise manner.

Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and its related technologies is highly desirable.

A relevant qualification or certification in a field such as computer science, IT or business administration would be an advantage.
