The International Olympic Committee (IOC) is the guardian of the Olympic Games and the leader of the Olympic Movement. It collaborates with athletes, NOCs, IFs, OCOGs, Olympic Partners, media rights-holders, and international organizations like the United Nations.

Role: Digital Partnerships Manager
Responsibilities:
- Support and develop the IOC's digital strategy with global platforms to maximize asset value and audience engagement.
- Collaborate with Media Rights and Content Partnerships teams to support media rights holders in exploiting and monetizing their rights digitally.
- Work with Activation and Delivery teams to activate Olympic sponsorships and fulfill IOC commitments.
- Coordinate with the Digital Engagement team to enhance audience reach and interaction on IOC digital channels.
- Identify innovative monetization opportunities on digital platforms.
- Explore new digital platforms for strategic engagement and commercial success.
- Support audience development strategies for projects like the Olympic Esports Games.
- Lead projects and initiatives as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
- University degree in business, marketing, or related fields; higher education qualifications are a plus.
- Experience in partnership negotiations, including legal and technical aspects.
- Proven experience with digital and social media companies within media, sports, or entertainment sectors.
- Ability to develop strategic partnerships that add value and are innovative.
- Proficiency in English; French language skills are a plus.
Desired Traits and Experience:
- Understanding of social and digital products, platforms, and business models.
- Ability to adapt and support program delivery in dynamic environments.
- Knowledge of media, online business models, and internet technologies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with broadcast and sponsorship business models.
- Professional experience outside one's native market.
