You will lead the development of end-to-end engineering processes, with a strong focus on PLM (Product Lifecycle Management), ERP integration, and digital tools, at the same time collaborate with engineering, IT, operations, and sales teams to ensure that our processes are efficient, scalable, and aligned with business goals.
This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of engineering in a global organization and make a lasting impact on quality, speed, and customer satisfaction.

- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent in English with excellent communication abilities
