Human Resource Transformation Lead

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the transformation of our Human Resources department.

• This involves overseeing the planning and implementation of all HR processes and programs, ensuring effective project management and delivering high-quality results.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for defining the scope, goals, and deliverables of HR Transformation projects and providing direction and support to internal and external team members.
• Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining project plans, schedules, and timelines to ensure timely delivery and tracking multiple program deliverables using appropriate tools.
