Required Skills and Experience
Intermediate to Advanced proficiency in MS Excel; ideally also in Word, PowerPoint, OneNote, and Outlook.
Preferable: Experience with MS SharePoint, especially on the administrative side.
Preferable: Exposure to project management methodologies.
Preferable: Experience using MS Project and PPM tools.

Responsibilities
Financial and Resource Management
Experience in PMO Finance/Project Finance roles.
Knowledge of project financial concepts: Budget, Revenue, Accruals, Invoicing, Forecasts.
Excellent English communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
Strong analytical and numerical skills; able to explain variances.
Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint.
Excellent presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and take accountability.
Quick learner with proactiveness and flexibility.
Reporting
Prepare and deliver financial reports and dashboards monthly, quarterly, and as needed.
Maintain and standardize reporting processes and templates.
Additional Responsibilities
Engage with stakeholders of varying seniority.
Improve team and PMO processes continuously.
Manage the PMO SharePoint site and documentation.
Assist with ad-hoc projects within the PMO scope.
Work autonomously on various work pieces.
