Senior Legal Professional - EMEA

• Provide strategic legal support across EMEA, covering areas such as commercial contracts, distribution, regulatory compliance, and competition law.
• Draft and negotiate a wide range of commercial and R&D agreements, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Offer expert advice to internal stakeholders on legal risks and ensure compliance with applicable laws and policies.
• Support corporate governance and effectively manage external counsel relationships.
• Act as deputy to the Head of Legal EMEA when required.
• Contribute to the development of innovative digital legal tools and compliance frameworks.
