LEGAL COUNSEL 80 - 100 % (all genders)

At Bossard, you will take on a key legal role with both responsibility and impact. As a member of our Group Legal team, you will directly support the Group General Counsel and help strengthen the legal foundation of a dynamic, global organization. From commercial contracts to compliance, you will provide hands-on legal guidance across a broad range of topics and actively shape the legal function of tomorrow.

Your Responsibilities

• Contract Management: Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements to support our global business operations
  
• Strategic Legal Support: Provide legal guidance for cross-functional group projects, including compliance initiatives, M&A transactions, and new business ventures
  
• Governance & Compliance: Support corporate governance and legal entity management across the Group, and contribute to the development and optimization of internal policies and processes
  
• Process Optimization: Create and implement legal tools, templates, and checklists to streamline legal and business processes
  
• Training & Awareness: Deliver legal and compliance training sessions (on-site and virtual) to raise awareness and ensure alignment across the organization
  

Your Profile

• Master's degree in Law (MLaw); bar admission is a plus
  
• Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience - ideally in a corporate and international environment
  
• Broad legal interest with strong generalist knowledge in areas relevant to industrial companies
  
• Solution-focused and quick-thinking, with a structured and collaborative mindset
  
• Fluent in German and business-proficient in English
  
• Confident user of MS Office tools
