Role Description

We’re looking for a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to join us in Geneva (hybrid setup possible). This is a full-time, founding-level role. As CTO, you’ll be responsible for owning the technical vision and execution across all Studio55 ventures—leading architecture, engineering culture, and technology strategy across a portfolio of early-stage products.

A key part of this role is to lead the automation-first approach across all Studio55 products. You will be responsible for building and deploying AI agents to reduce human involvement wherever possible, enabling our startups to scale with maximum efficiency and minimal overhead.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the overarching technology strategy across Studio55 ventures


• Architect and implement scalable, modular infrastructures across early-stage products


• Build, mentor, and manage high-performing engineering teams


• Design and deploy automation-first systems and AI agents across all ventures


• Foster a culture of velocity, experimentation, and lean execution


• Collaborate closely with product, design, and operations to bring ideas to market fast


• Own technical delivery, quality, and scalability across the venture portfolio

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a CTO, VP of Engineering, or equivalent technical leadership role


• Deep expertise in software architecture, automation, and AI technologies (LLMs, agents, infrastructure)


• Strong leadership in fast-paced startup environments


• Strategic thinker with hands-on engineering capabilities


• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills


• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field


• Prior experience launching or scaling ventures is a strong plus
