Job Description

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and industry partners
  • Leverage your existing network to generate new business
  • Provide strategic leadership and direction to the trust and fiduciary services team
  • Oversee the development and implementation of trust and fiduciary strategies, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
  • Drive business development initiatives to expand the client base and increase revenue
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
  • Manage risk effectively, implementing measures to mitigate potential issues
  • Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the team
  • Assist in leading team members, providing guidance and support for professional growth
  • Collaborate with other departments to optimize processes and enhance overall organizational performance

The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in the fiduciary business
  • Proven track record of successful business development and client relationship management
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and within a collaborative partnership model
  • Academic background in either finance or legal disciplines is a plus
  • Good command of English is a must as it is the primary business language
  • Some management experience would be advantageous
  • Ideally experience in trusts and estates
  • STEP or similar qualification advantageous
