BLP is looking for a RevOps Engineer to build out our custom tooling for sales and talent acquisition enablement. We have built proprietary software systems with a SalesForge and TalentForge. Our mission is to create the most data-driven team to identifying future customers and blpers.

The results of our first year building have been strong, with our team driving the majority of our pipeline.

This is an integral role, where you will create intelligent systems, and build scalable infrastructure to drive real business outcomes.

You’ll work closely with a team around the COO that sits at the interset of commercial and engineering backend.

Key Responsibilities

• Enabling a 20-person team, 30 by end of year, with vital tooling that we already can’t live without
• Build and maintain event-driven automations, enrichments, validations just in time when they’re needed by the sales and talent team.
• Working with cutting edge LLM and AI tools to scalably source, validate, and enrich data
• Wearing a business cap, you’ll collaborate with the COO to improve team performance and internal processes
• Integrate tools and platforms using REST APIs and middleware solutions, webhooks, and custom workflows
• Maintain clear documentation of systems and processes

• Proficiency in Go or a similar scripting language
• A mindset of building fast
• Strong experience with REST APIs and database structures
• Proven ability to automate workflows using webhooks and integration platforms
• Experience deploying and maintaining AI- and LLM-powered solutions in a business environment
• A structured, detail-oriented mindset with a focus on scalability and performance
• Strong collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams
