What it's about

Partners Group's Client Solutions Benelux team is seeking a driven, client-focused and collaborative professional based in the Zug headquarters or Luxembourg office. In order to further strengthen our growth, we are looking for a client solutions professional for client acquisition and maintenance.

Main responsibilities:

  • Supporting client relationship managers with marketing presentations and investment proposals
  • Creating tailored, persuasive and high-quality marketing materials and responses to client requests, assisting with queries, and performance updates
  • Build professional and technical knowledge in order to independently convert clients and prospects
  • Acting as a first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders such as service providers requiring strong collaboration with Partners Group internal teams
  • Becoming an expert in private markets and Partners Group's platform, products and investment strategies across asset classes
  • Coordinate client onboarding processes, liaising with internal teams and external counterparties
What we expect

The successful candidate will have an in-depth understanding of the financial services industry, ideally paired with professional experience in a sales or client relationship function.

  • Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 1 to 5 years of relevant working experience in consulting, sales, relationship management, or investment banking
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a client-focused mindset and ability to meet tight deadlines.Excellent analytical competencies and exceptional attention to detail
  • Fluency in both spoken and written Dutch and English
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of private markets is an advantage
