What You’ll Be Doing
Inspire Partners with the Power of AI
You’ll lead conversations with MSPs and their clients, showing them how Microsoft 365 and Copilot can transform the way they work.
Drive Scalable Customer Acquisition
You’ll work with partners to build marketing and sales strategies that scale Microsoft 365 and Copilot adoption across the Swiss SMB market.
Support the Full Customer Lifecycle
You’ll help MSPs build strong practices around acquisition, renewals, and upselling - ensuring long-term customer success.
Create Demand and Excitement
You’ll run campaigns, host webinars, and support events that generate buzz and drive interest in AI-powered solutions.
Be the Face of Microsoft at Events
You’ll represent Microsoft and Pax8 at events, summits, and bootcamps - building relationships and sharing insights.
What We’re Looking For
Sales-Driven and Results-Oriented
You have a strong sales mindset, are motivated by outcomes, and know how to pitch the Microsoft Modern Work suite to partners and customers to drive adoption and close deals.
Proven Microsoft Sales Experience
You’ve successfully sold Microsoft products before - ideally in Modern Work or AI—and know how to position their value to partners and customers.
Microsoft 365 Know-How
You’re familiar with Microsoft 365 and Copilot and ideally have advanced knowledge of the suite.
Experience In The Tech Ecosystem
You’ve worked at a technology vendor or in a similar environment and understand how the Microsoft partner ecosystem operates.
Fluent Communicator
You
speak and write both German and English fluently, allowing you to collaborate seamlessly with partners and stakeholders across Switzerland and within our international team.
Fluency in French is a plus, and would be beneficial when engaging with our French-speaking colleagues and clients.
Certified or Ready to Be
You either hold Microsoft 365 certifications (MS-900, MS-700) or are ready to complete them within your first two months.
Educational Background That Supports Your Passion
You may have a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, Information Technology, or Engineering - but your curiosity and drive matter just as much.
Driven by Growth
You have a passion for technology, a learning mindset, and a desire to grow—both personally and professionally.
