Overview

Key Duties (Including but not limited to):

• Actuarial Pricing for various markets and lines, focusing on Marine & Energy, Engineering, Credit & Surety, and Affinity.
• Development, enhancement, and documentation of pricing parameters, models, processes, and databases.
• Close collaboration with Underwriting and Risk Management teams.
• Conducting actuarial analyses and studies to support strategic underwriting decisions.

Qualifications Required

• University degree in a scientific or numerate discipline; actuarial qualification (SAV, IFoA, CAS, etc.) is preferred.
• Proficiency in English; additional languages, especially German, are a plus.

Experience Required

• At least five years of experience in non-life treaty pricing, focusing on specialty lines such as Marine & Energy, Engineering, Credit & Surety, or Affinity. Experience with CAT pricing or modeling is advantageous.
• Experience in data selection and calibration for exposure curves or subline assessments.
• Strong skills in Excel and programming languages (e.g., VBA, R, Python); experience in database design is desirable.
