What you're going to do

Are you passionate about delivering innovative AI solutions that transform how organizations engage with customers, streamline processes, and empower professionals to excel in their roles?

We are seeking a talented and motivated consultant to join our strong and growing team and play a pivotal role in driving the adoption of conversational, generative, and machine learning-based AI. You will be the adviser for our clients by analyzing their needs and supporting them in defining and implementing strategic AI adoption roadmaps that generate sustainable value, while working with our interdisciplinary teams on various agile projects.

Responsibilities include:

1. Advising our clients in defining and implementing strategic AI adoption roadmaps with focus on cloud-based solutions
2. Designing end-to-end AI solutions that address customer needs and consider organizational, technical, user experience, and ROI aspects
3. Supporting bid activities and advising project teams during project realization
4. Maintaining a deep understanding of AI technologies and fostering relationships with product partners
5. Participating actively in events such as webinars and conferences to represent our expertise

What we're looking for:

• Bachelor's or master's degree (ETH / university of applied sciences / university)
• Significant experience in advising and implementing digital solutions in an enterprise context
• Expertise in artificial intelligence, machine learning, or data science
• Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking
• Experience as a consultant is a plus
• Experience in conversational AI and generative AI is a plus
• Strong communication skills in German and business-fluent English
