Role overview

We are looking for a Senior Manager Responsible Sourcing for 7 months as a maternity cover short-term assignment. The position as Senior Manager Responsible Sourcing is to closely collaborate with colleagues across our supply chain, procurement, corporate affairs, and sustainability, you will drive the development of our responsible sourcing strategy. You will champion our relationships with industry associations working on aligning auditing standards between companies, and drive our day-to-day processes related to the selection and auditing of suppliers.

What you’ll be doing

  • Develop Responsible Sourcing strategies and framework for suppliers in different categories globally
  • Implement Responsible Sourcing framework by training procurement teams and stakeholders and establishing tracking metrics.
  • Responsible for Responsible Sourcing related COM
  • Update Supplier and Licensee Code of Conduct
  • Supply Chain mapping, risk assessment and prioritization of suppliers and categories
  • 3d party audit management –Selection of suppliers subjected to audits. Follow up on audits results with corrective action plans
  • Management of Responsible Sourcing platform – SEDEX, including service delivery and its contract.
  • Membership and alignment with AIM-PROGRESS group, including contribution in projects in relevant topics
  • Providing information, facts, case stories, and data for the annual CSRD report
  • Provide input on suppliers and conduct due diligence for international regulations, acts, and other compliance requests from customers.
  • Advising the ISC management team and ExCom on responsible sourcing actions and trends
  • Manage high-risk issues
  • Facilitating regional communication and actively managing internal stakeholders
  • Establishing ways of working together with regions and markets

What we’re looking for

  • Minimum 8 years’ experience from responsible sourcing and compliance
  • Experience within auditing and the SMETA protocol
  • Experience in stakeholder management
  • Strong communication, influence, and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent project management skills - organised and able to prioritise tasks
  • Sound business understanding and experience of providing solutions that meet strategic and operational business needs
  • Self-motivated, as well as solution- and detail-oriented
  • Ability to gather large amounts of data and make them operational and useful
  • Experience of working across international markets or in a matrixed organizational structure is an advantage

Education:

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's or University degree is required.
  • Advanced scientific degree (MS) or MBA is preferred

Languages:

  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).
  • Other languages will be considered as an advantage.
