We are seeking a strategic leader to join our HR team and drive impactful people / talent strategies. This pivotal role involves serving as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, taking ownership of all people-related matters, and championing local B-Corp actions.

Job Overview

  • End-to-End People Ownership : Lead the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance, learning and development, engagement, rewards, and offboarding.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR operations and compensation, with expertise in workforce planning, performance cycles, succession planning, and internal development plans.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Strategic HR Partnership : Advise business leaders on organizational design, talent strategies, and people / talent analytics.
  • Engagement & Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) : Lead employee engagement initiatives, DEI actions, and internal communication for the site.
  • Leadership Development : Support and execute leadership development initiatives in collaboration with Global Learning and Development.
  • HR Operations & Compensation : Supervise compensation cycles, HRIS data integrity, and compliance with labor law.

This role requires a highly organized and results-driven individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
