Bring your experience and expertise to the supervision of smaller banks and securities firms! You will face a diverse range of tasks.

Hauptaufgaben

• Responsible for critical and risk-oriented supervision of small banks and securities firms using all available information and data-driven tools (e.g., audit reports, FINMA rating system information, problem-specific investigations, data collection, etc.)
• Main contact person internally and externally for the supervised institutions
• Assessment of the risk situation of the supervised entities, initial analyses and clarifications, and implementation of measures to restore proper conditions
• Conducting discussions with representatives of supervised institutions, including executive board members, boards of directors, and audit firms
• Close collaboration and coordination with other internal units, including escalation processes (especially intensive supervision and case management, approvals, integrated risk expertise, enforcement)

Profil

• University degree in business administration, further qualification as a certified public accountant, or higher education in finance
• Several years of experience in banks or audit firms, e.g., as Risk Officer, Internal Auditor, or Chartered Accountant. Deep knowledge of banking operations and financial market law, good market and product knowledge (e.g., asset management, lending)
• Experience with standardized methods and strong analytical skills to quickly identify complex problems and solve them
• Excellent and confident communication skills at all hierarchical levels
• Affinity for data-driven tools and modern technologies
• Assertiveness and flexibility
• Language skills: German (main and working language), very good English (C1), and at least one other official language (French or Italian, B2)
