At the end of next year, we will be opening a brand new restaurant at our resort as part of our fresh overall culinary concept. The focus will be on genuine, authentic Thai cuisine. We are looking for you - a committed personality with passion, know-how and drive.

• You will develop innovative and authentic dishes that will delight our guests.
• You will contribute fresh, creative ideas and add your personal touch to the menu.
• You promote a harmonious and motivating team atmosphere and enjoy sharing your expertise with your colleagues.
• You ensure that our high quality standards in taste, presentation and freshness are always maintained.
• You introduce new employees to Thai cuisine with enthusiasm and know-how.
• You actively take care of the fresh procurement of goods and optimize stock-keeping so that only the best ingredients are used.
  
  

Ihr Profil

• You have extensive experience in Thai cuisine and ideally also in other Asian cooking styles.
• You have international experience – for example, from working abroad.
• You are creative, committed and enjoy working in a team.
• You have experience in managing employees and know how to motivate and support a team.
• You are fluent in English and have a good command of German; other languages are an advantage.
• You show flexibility and communicate openly and respectfully.
• You enjoy administrative tasks and are confident in using IT systems.
