High-Tech Product Development Manager

Key Role : Yield Engineering and Process Integration

This position oversees the industrialization of technologies, introduction of new products, and ensures operational excellence.

Responsibilities :

• Drive performance towards operational excellence and achievement of KPI targets in the Yield Engineering and Process Integration department
• Lead the industrialization of technologies and introduction of new products from qualification to mass-production
• Improve product yield and technology performance (capability and reliability)
• Manage Process Control (Parametric and Reliability Tests)
• Collaborate with Operations Teams, Process Development, Business Units, and Technical Services teams

Qualifications and Skills :

• Bachelor's degree in Microelectronics or equivalent
• Leadership / Management Training and Certificate
• Minimum 11 years of experience in a high-tech company
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a managerial role

Additional Skills :

• Strong teamwork and stress management capabilities
• Demonstrated expertise in automotive IC manufacturing
• Excellent knowledge of automotive core tools, with specific skills in statistics, data analysis, and risk-based thinking
• Fluent in written and spoken French and English
