• You willform internal project teamsandcoordinate cross-team activitytoenhance value creation You will work with many roles across the company to plan andbreak down the “WHAT problem we want to solve” into the “HOW to solve it”
• Youmake surethat theteamsarealignedwith ourroadmapand that they can focus on their charter
• Youidentifyengineering bottlenecksand find solutions withour development leadership to keep up the delivery and execution of new features
• You are accountable for the OneAgent capability’s innovation and maintenance-related topics by balancing them with the company’s roadmaps
• You are responsible for the capability’s backlog and its execution together with the involved Development Teams
• You monitor the delivery flow of the capability and trigger improvements together with your key stakeholders

As a Product Engineer (PE),

Compensation Data

• We offer attractive compensation packages and stock purchase options with numerous benefits and advantages.
• Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary for this position, which is € 70,000 gross per year based on full-time employment (38.5 h/week). We offer a higher salary in line with qualification and experience.
