Job Description :

We are seeking a dynamic Scaling Delivery / Rollout Lead to help our teams expand geographically and ensure the seamless rollout of platform capabilities across regions. In this pivotal role, you will coordinate the discovery of business needs, validate them against existing platform capabilities, and develop and synchronize rollout plans with multiple stakeholders. Your focus will be on predictable rollouts aligned with agreed timelines, proactively managing dependencies to ensure on-time delivery, and driving the successful expansion of our presence and capabilities.

Responsibilities :

  • Partner with business and technical teams to assess and prioritize requirements.
  • Take ownership of all platforms (ACMP, WebShop, and others) rollouts and related coordination.
  • Create structured rollout plans, identifying milestones and risks.
  • Facilitate cross-team alignment to address operational and technical dependencies.
  • Monitor progress and adapt plans to meet evolving business needs while maintaining predictability.
  • Drive continuous improvement in delivery practices to optimize scalability.
  • Promote architectural simplicity and ensure technical stability.
  • Proactively identify and manage dependencies while removing impediments.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align team efforts with business goals.
  • Follow company delivery/rollout practices, drive continuous improvement, and guide process enhancements.
  • Foster team development by promoting skills and capabilities growth.

Requirements :

  • Strong program or project management skills, especially in coordinating multi-stakeholder initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities to manage complex rollouts across multiple regions.
  • A track record of ensuring timely delivery in fast-paced environments.
  • Familiarity with platform development and operational processes is a plus.
  • Professional experience in software development is considered a plus.
