The opportunity

We are seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking CIP Lead to drive continuous improvement initiatives across our organization, with a strong emphasis on process alignment and digital transformation. This role is pivotal in shaping a culture of operational excellence, fostering cross-functional collaboration, and embedding digital tools to streamline and enhance business processes.

How you'll make an impact

Facilitate and manage end-to-end CIP projects using Lean, Six Sigma, and other improvement methodologies to deliver measurable performance gains

Collaborate with process owners and stakeholders to define, document, and align core business processes across departments, ensuring consistency and compliance with organizational standards

Identify opportunities for digital transformation within operational workflows. Align the implementation of digital tools and platforms to enhance efficiency and data-driven decision-making

Coach and support line managers and teams in applying continuous improvement tools and methodologies. Organize workshops and training sessions to build internal capabilities

Establish KPIs and dashboards to track the effectiveness of improvement initiatives. Ensure sustainability of improvements through governance and regular reviews

Act as a change agent by engaging cross-functional teams, facilitating idea generation sessions, and aligning improvement efforts with strategic business goals

Collaborate with Department manager to drive the strategic initiatives

Your background

Proven experience (3+ years) in continuous improvement, process management, or operational excellence roles

Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and digital transformation frameworks. Certification in Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or higher) is a plus

Experience with process mapping tools and digital platforms (e.g. Adonis, PowerBI, PowerApp)

Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills

High Voltage Product and Service operations Knowledge is a plus

German and English on business level
