Global Service Delivery Manager – Geneva

We’re working with a global trading firm to hire a Global Service Delivery Manager to join their Geneva office. This role is focused on improving how infrastructure services are delivered and managed across a complex, predominantly on-prem environment. It’s a great opportunity for someone who understands the value of structure, process, and vendor oversight, and wants to make a tangible impact on a global IT operation.

The company has outsourced its 24/7 monitoring to a managed service provider, and you’ll act as the key point of contact, ensuring delivery is smooth, well-governed, and aligned with internal standards. While the environment isn’t currently process-heavy, there’s strong appetite for maturing operational practices, and you’ll play a central role in driving that evolution.

You won’t be hands-on technically, but you’ll need a solid understanding of infrastructure environments - particularly within on-prem data centres - to challenge decisions, coordinate activity, and ensure delivery stays on track. Experience with ITSM tools like ServiceNow and knowledge of ITIL principles will be important, as will a background in service operations or infrastructure project delivery.

This would suit someone who has previously run a service desk, or managed infrastructure delivery in a structured, global environment. You’ll be used to juggling project work alongside day-to-day operational responsibilities, with the confidence to bring clarity and structure where it’s needed.
