Finance Business Partner Team Lead DACH 80-100% (f/m/d)

The Opportunity

We are seeking a Finance Business Partner Team Lead to join our Front Office organization in the DACH region. In this role, you will oversee our Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Credit Management, and Travel Expense teams while driving impactful business partnering activities across the region.

How You'll Make An Impact

  • Lead cross-country teams within the DACH Front Office, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Credit Management, and Travel Expense operations.
  • Foster a strong business partnering culture by building effective relationships, communicating process updates, delivering training, and resolving issues.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements, including tax regulations, local GAAP, and e-invoicing mandates.
  • Drive internal customer satisfaction by delivering services aligned with service levels and expectations.
  • Collaborate with Finance Shared Services Center teams for seamless process execution.
  • Support global initiatives and projects, and lead continuous improvement efforts.
  • Assist during audits, ensuring accurate documentation and responses.
  • Maintain compliance with internal control frameworks.
  • As People Manager, ensure adherence to regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your Background

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in finance, with team leadership preferred.
  • Experience in a Shared Service Center environment is advantageous.
  • Strong knowledge of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Credit Management.
  • Familiarity with IFRS and local accounting standards.
  • Proven project leadership and continuous improvement skills.
  • Fluent in English and German, both written and spoken.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and attention to detail skills.
