We are seeking an experienced and motivated Salesforce Service Cloud Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for a hands-on expert who brings deep technical knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud while prioritizing collaboration and a business-first mindset.

As the go-to person for all Service Cloud matters, you will work closely with stakeholders across the organization, fostering trust, ensuring efficient use of the platform and delivering solutions that create significant value for the business.

We are looking for someone who is more than just a technician — someone who actively engages in discussions, listens to ideas, anticipates challenges and takes initiative to translate business needs into practical Service Cloud functionality. Responsibilities


  • Serve as the goto expert for Level 2 and Level 3 support across the Service Cloud platform
  • Maintain, troubleshoot and optimize Service Cloud features and integrations
  • Stay uptodate with best practices and new capabilities, making recommendations to benefit the business
  • Be an active participant in meetings and discussions
  • Build trust across departments, understand their needs and anticipate questions and issues
  • Proactively identify areas for improvement within Service Cloud and share actionable suggestions
  • Translate business requests and ideas into viable Service Cloud solutions
  • Participate in backlog prioritization and help define the Service Cloud evolution roadmap
  • Ensure Service Cloud becomes a catalyst for better service, higher efficiency and improved user satisfaction


Requirements


  • Strong, hands-on experience withSalesforce Service Cloud
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in bothFrench and English
  • A highly proactive, collaborative mindset — someone who naturally engages with stakeholders and teammates
  • Willingness to be present, visible and approachable within the organization
  • Strong problem-solving abilities combined with a client-centric approach
  • A self-starter with the ability to balance deep technical focus and business understanding
