Global Mission
Within the "Implantation & Metallization" Maintenance section of the IC Front-End Operations, you will work to improve equipment performance to ensure uptime, product quality, and machine longevity, while managing time, resources, and costs.
Tasks and Responsibilities
- Perform and improve preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment, focusing on safety, timely PM, efficiency, spare parts, and intervention costs, as well as MTBF and MTTR.
- Collect and analyze data using PDCA methodology (RCA, Pareto, Action Plans) in collaboration with Maintenance and Process Teams to address deviations and enhance performance.
- Oversee 8D reports and task forces as necessary, engaging all relevant stakeholders.
- Develop skills through training to sustainably increase know-how.
- Maintain and update documentation according to the Quality System, including procedures, checklists, standards, norms, and supplier data.
- Ensure clear and structured communication within the section and Maintenance department.
- Proactively coordinate with suppliers, providing equipment status updates and tracking actions to ensure continuous support and efficient interventions.
- Track and plan spare parts inventory.
- Participate in standby service rotations.
Profile
- Technical diploma (BTS / ET / ES or equivalent) in electronics, mechanics, or automation.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in Maintenance within the Implantation or Metallization area as a Technician in the microelectronics industry.
- Expertise in at least one equipment type is required.
- Proven experience working with external suppliers.
- Recognized technical expertise in your field.
- Strong problem-solving skills, particularly using PDCA methodology.
- Highly organized, methodical, and detail-oriented.
- Solid knowledge of quality tools: 5S, 8D, Pareto, CAMM, MSA, SPC.
- Proactive with the ability to propose concrete improvements.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong team player.
