Leading the team with the Store, and Assistant Manager

Leadership and Team Management

• Helps manage the team in the absence of the Store Manager, offering guidance and support. This includes guiding and supporting the team, setting them up for success through coaching and training.
• Drive a professional, positive, sales and service-focused environment.

• Proficient with store systems for transactions, inventory, and daily business.

Time management & Prioritization

• Balances customer service with operational duties efficiently.

In the absence of the Store Manager, you will assume full leadership responsibilities, making strategic decisions to maintain store performance and team engagement.

Professional requirements

• Education as a salesperson in retail and/or education as a sales coordinator with commercial skills is an advantage.
• Experience in sales and leadership of a store and its staff, or as assistant store manager.
• Customer-oriented and friendly.
• Proactive and takes initiative.
• Experience in PR and marketing activities.
• Proficient in sales strategy.
• Numbers-oriented.
• Commitment to representing the Swatch brand.
