Oversee end-to-end execution of Private Equity and Private Debt transactions post-approval;
Structure deals in collaboration with origination teams and legal, tax, and financial advisors;
Manage due diligence processes and finalize agreements with external partners;
Monitor investments, ensure covenant compliance, and represent the firm in boards or lender forums;
Identify and manage portfolio risks, including leading restructuring or workout scenarios;
Coordinate with Investor Relations to prepare Q&A and FAQs for due diligence processes;
Liaise with custodians, clearing houses, and partners for transaction settlement and valuations;
Define and track investment KPIs, ensure accurate financial reporting, and coordinate audits and internal controls.
The Successful Applicant
3 to 5 years of experience in Private Debt, Private Equity, Transaction services or M&A department with expertise in real estate;
Proficiency in French & English;
