IC Front-End Yield Engineering & Process Integration Manager
Pensum: 100%
Supervise the Yield Engineering and Process Integration department, lead Technologies industrialization and New Products introduction, and own the operational role in Process Control (Parametric and Reliability Tests).
Qualifications
Engineering degree in Microelectronics or equivalent
Leadership/Management Training and Certificate
Minimum 11 years of experience in a high-tech company
Minimum 5 years of experience in a managerial role
Extensive experience in Product Yield Engineering and Continuous Technology Improvement, with a focus on results
Proven expertise in process integration and IC Manufacturing process steps
Successful track record in managing teams, focusing on performance and people development
Experience in new product introduction, including layout review and evaluation of design rule violations
Effective organizer of complex activities, with experience in establishing and driving KPIs, processes, work methodologies, and cultural changes
Ability to design systemic solutions to achieve strategic goals
Organized, problem-solving oriented, proactive, thorough, reliable, flexible, and self-motivated
Strong communication skills across all organizational levels, from Operator to CEO
Excellent teamwork and stress management capabilities
Demonstrated expertise in automotive IC manufacturing
Strong knowledge of automotive core tools, including statistics, data analysis, and risk-based thinking
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English

Key Responsibilities
Supervise the Yield Engineering and Process Integration department, develop team skills, and drive performance towards operational excellence and KPI targets
Lead the industrialization of technologies and new product introduction from qualification to mass production; drive continuous yield and technology performance improvements; monitor daily production results; manage material assessments and dispositions during non-conformance events
Own operational aspects of Process Control, including fab electrical monitoring and capability improvements
Contribute to process change review board and material review board decisions
Collaborate with Operations, Process Development, Business Units, and Technical Services teams
Define, own, deploy, and communicate departmental priorities aligned with company FAB strategy
Conduct technical comparisons and analysis with benchmark companies; manage EM wafer foundries
