IC Front-End Yield Engineering & Process Integration Manager

Pensum: 100%

Supervise the Yield Engineering and Process Integration department, lead Technologies industrialization and New Products introduction, and own the operational role in Process Control (Parametric and Reliability Tests).

Qualifications

  • Engineering degree in Microelectronics or equivalent
  • Leadership/Management Training and Certificate
  • Minimum 11 years of experience in a high-tech company
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a managerial role
  • Extensive experience in Product Yield Engineering and Continuous Technology Improvement, with a focus on results
  • Proven expertise in process integration and IC Manufacturing process steps
  • Successful track record in managing teams, focusing on performance and people development
  • Experience in new product introduction, including layout review and evaluation of design rule violations
  • Effective organizer of complex activities, with experience in establishing and driving KPIs, processes, work methodologies, and cultural changes
  • Ability to design systemic solutions to achieve strategic goals
  • Organized, problem-solving oriented, proactive, thorough, reliable, flexible, and self-motivated
  • Strong communication skills across all organizational levels, from Operator to CEO
  • Excellent teamwork and stress management capabilities
  • Demonstrated expertise in automotive IC manufacturing
  • Strong knowledge of automotive core tools, including statistics, data analysis, and risk-based thinking
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise the Yield Engineering and Process Integration department, develop team skills, and drive performance towards operational excellence and KPI targets
  • Lead the industrialization of technologies and new product introduction from qualification to mass production; drive continuous yield and technology performance improvements; monitor daily production results; manage material assessments and dispositions during non-conformance events
  • Own operational aspects of Process Control, including fab electrical monitoring and capability improvements
  • Contribute to process change review board and material review board decisions
  • Collaborate with Operations, Process Development, Business Units, and Technical Services teams
  • Define, own, deploy, and communicate departmental priorities aligned with company FAB strategy
  • Conduct technical comparisons and analysis with benchmark companies; manage EM wafer foundries
