Key Mission

1. Planning technician travel and managing intervention logistics
2. Handling administrative follow-up of interventions, validating reports, and managing invoices
3. Preparing monthly reports and updating client information in the CRM
4. Managing client requests and monitoring payments

Required Skills

• Degree in commerce or similar experience
• 3 years of experience in customer service or call centers
• Proficiency in French, English, and German (minimum B2 level)
• Skills in common IT tools and advanced technologies
• Strong customer orientation and effective communication skills
• Location: Neuchâtel, Switzerland
