You take ownership of the Transaction Hub – Curaden’s central digital platform for data and transaction management.
You define and manage the product backlog, ensuring that requirements are clear, prioritized, and aligned with business value.
You collaborate closely with development teams to break down complex requirements into actionable user stories and epics.
You drive the product vision and strategy, set business goals, and develop a roadmap focused on scalability, modularity, and user value.
You engage regularly with internal and external stakeholders (e.g. logistics, procurement, sales, IT, finance) through interviews, workshops, and feedback loops.
You plan, monitor, and review sprints to ensure transparency, progress, and on-time delivery.
You oversee product releases, ensuring quality, user satisfaction, and adherence to timelines and budgets.
You take full ownership of product success—addressing challenges proactively and driving continuous improvement.
Your profile
You bring solid experience in product management, including product strategy, market analysis, and stakeholder engagement.
You are proficient in agile methods and frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, Lean, Design Thinking) and experienced in requirements engineering.
You have a strong technical understanding or affinity—ideally in platform or data-driven environments.
You communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, leadership, and developers, demonstrating clarity and assertiveness.
You combine analytical and conceptual strength with creativity and problem-solving ability.
You hold a degree in a STEM or business-related field; agile certifications (e.g. Scrum Product Owner) are an advantage.
You are structured, focused on business impact, and take ownership for outcomes.
You act with a high degree of autonomy and decision-making competence in your product domain.
