We are seeking a Senior Marketing Campaign Manager to contribute to our client's growth and brand presence in Switzerland. This role offers an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about brand strategy, integrated campaign execution, and marketing performance, looking to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  1. Manage and lead marketing campaigns for services and global brand initiatives in the Swiss market.
  2. Oversee end-to-end campaign processes, including briefing, creative development, and media planning across ATL and BTL channels.
  3. Lead cross-functional teams, collaborating with global departments such as PR, social media, website, and CRM to ensure local relevance.
  4. Coordinate with creative teams and external agencies to produce campaign materials.
  5. Engage with store teams and regional managers for feedback and to ensure effective campaign execution, incorporating learnings into future initiatives.
  6. Complete campaign performance reports, track KPIs, and share insights with the team.
  7. Assist in reviewing and validating creative assets with the Marketing & Digital Director before launch.
  8. Manage campaign budgets, including forecasting, tracking, and reporting.
  9. Maintain and reprint customer-facing materials like brochures and leaflets.
  10. Monitor brand performance metrics and service uptake KPIs.
  11. Measure ROI using tools such as Media Attribution analysis.
  12. Ensure timely and within-budget delivery of campaigns.
  13. Build strong relationships with internal teams and agencies for efficient execution.

Profile

  1. Fluent in English and German; additional languages are a plus.
  2. Degree-level education with 4-6 years of marketing communications experience in a fast-paced environment.
  3. Proven experience managing campaigns across TV, radio, digital, and social media.
  4. Experience coordinating with media and creative agencies.
  5. Excellent project management, communication, and influencing skills.
  6. Self-motivated, results-oriented, and customer-focused.
  7. Comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders and presenting ideas.
  8. Strong experience managing large-scale campaign budgets.
